Your FLAPS or Chevy dealer. It's a common part. Around $15.

Thats the one...Melling #55-S3. Just got one last week. Identical to original.

P.S. I bought mine from the FLNSS ( Friendly Local Neighborhood Speed Shop) for $14.95. Go figure. Cheaper than Summit.
