66 big block

Hi need advice I changed oil pan gasket with one piece perma dry by felt pro and new gm pan leaked and pushed out front and was split in front when I took it down agian this was the third time I changed gasket also new timing cover gasket and sleve for balancer not leaking there anymore would cork four pc with sealer on both sides be better? thanks John
