Default Wiring MSD 6AL2 Box

I am trying to figure out how to wire this MSD box to the Mallory distributor. I have a Mallory Magnetic Breakerlesss #5064501H distributor with vacuum advance. There are three wires coming out of the distrubutor that are BROWN/RED/GREEN. The section of the directions that match this are "Wiring a Mallory Unilite or 9000 Series using Points Trigger" and have the BROWN going to ground, RED going to the RED on the MSD box to 12V source, and GREEN going to the WHITE off the MSD box. This should be for a points trigger though correct? And #5064501H has a magnetic trigger. The MSD directions for "Wiring a Mallory 9000 Series Using a Magnetic Pickup" shows a distributor with a BLACK/ORANGE wire and BLACK/GREEN wire coming from the distributor and it does not match what I have.. and is supposed to plug into the GREEN and PURPLE harness supplied by MSD... ??
