Help identifying carburetor stamping
I have an all original 67 convertible my dad bought brand new. I'm pretty sure the carb on it is original. I have another one I recently found in his garage. He is unclear as to which one is original. The first picture with the '3025" stamp is currently on the car. The "0751" was found in the garage. What numbers do I need from the car to verify which was original? I'm not trying to win awards or have it judged. I just want to original one on it.

Neither are original to the car. They should have a three digit date code

For a 67 with a 327/300 hp the I believe a list 3810 is correct, whether it's the one date coded 3025 or the 0751. I see you're in Az and if the car was shipped to California originally before the eventually making its way to you, it would have California emissions and would include a corresponding carb. If so, you would need a Holley 3814 to have what it had on it originally.
If if you've got a different hp motor, the we'd need to know the hp rating to help you.
i know at least for Holleys 1966 and back, a date code with three numbers such as 653 would be a production dated carb installed during production and typically those with four digits (both listed above) would be service dated carbs. Service dated carbs are ones used to service the car say at the dealership when the original production carb was replaced.

Carbs
The first one was made on the 302nd day of a year ending in 5---1975, 1985, 1995. The second carb was made on the 75th day of a year ending in 1---71, 81, 91. Neither is original.

Then the 3810 is correct but it’s been replaced before
