LOTS of them.
Lots of them came with 10" and 10 1/2" too.

I don't have a complete list but in addition to the Novas and Camaros, the '69-'82 SB Corvettes also used the 11" clutch. I'm not sure the '60's Nova/Camaro used the 11" but the '70's did.
SB pickup trucks used the 11" clutch too. '71 for example.

Even 6cyl engines in some cases got 11in clutches. Of course, first of all in order to have an 11in clutch, you must also have the big 14in diameter 168 teeth flywheel, 621 style bell housing to fit the big flywheel and matching starter nose.
If a car was ordered with a small, lo-perf engine, such as a 6cyl or 2bl 283 and the HD clutch was specified, that generally was the 168 teeth flywheel and 11in clutch.
Now, one more thing, while we're on the subject of clutch size. ALLLLLLLLLLLLLL of the early V8 engines, beginning with the first 1955 265, ONLY came with a 168 teeth flywheel, BUT, those flywheels had a bolt pattern for a 10in clutch. Later, higher-perf engines (such as the 409) or truck engines with the 168 teeth flywheels had a bolt pattern for the 11in clutch.
