Vette Products of Michigan uses the original GM dies to make their frames. http://www.vetteproducts.net/product.htm Dave

you could just get the replacement sections for your chassis and bring it to a shop and have it repaired properly that way you keep the original,it will be less than halve of what you could pay for one already done

I went for the repair route, mainly because replacement frames in Europe are very hard to find.

I had it acid dipped, repaired then powdercoated.

This is the link to my conversion of a 76 frame for a 63 roadster. Start to finish I have about 2500.00 in it disc brakes, powder coating and all.

Thanks for the suggestions, purpose for looking at a new frame was that there was that there is 3 sections that were are need of repair and according to the fabricator there is some rust on the inside (mice). I can do the repairs and powder coat for $1500…I am just concerned about the integrity of the original frame. I already have 12k (body/paint/parts) into the resto and would like to only do this once.
