Default who's '63 LS6 is this?

I need to ask a question about what brake master cylinder is in this car.. it appears to be a manual brake setup. I am trying a C5 master, but not sure it will work out with manual brakes.. This master pictured looks similar, but has ports on the other side of the piston bore..

Does anyone know what the intake is made out of on this car? Are the elbows just plastic or is that some silicone rubber? I am trying to make my decision about my intake setup and like the way this one looks.
