Silver Pearl Poly #986 Base/clear

Bottom is before it was buffed and appears a bit darker. Top photo is after buffing and clearcoat. It lightened up a bit.

Not Silver Pearl, but Ferrari titanium (PPG 704C, Grigio titanio Metallic, 37032). I've parked next to Silver Pearl and the titanium is "richer." Just presenting another option.

In my opinion, the "best" color for a midyear is the 1963 only Sebring Silver. That said, the "prettiest color" I saw was in the paddock at Monterey where I saw a new silver Mercedes CLS and right beside it was a silver Bentley continental GT and a silver Aston Martin. Although all were beautiful cars, the difference in the paint was striking!!!. The Aston, and to a lesser degree the Bentley silver paint had significantly more metallic in the paint, and as a result, were significantly more brilliant (or in the diamond world) had more "fire or sparkle" visible in the paint.
