Did these intakes when installed on a Vette, have both coil mount holes drilled? Also, were these available over the counter and if so, did they have the coil mount holes drilled?

Those two holes were used on the L-78 Corvette to mount the coil, and were also used for the coil mounting on the other passenger car applications; can't imagine why the over-the-counter part would be any different.
