Default how to dye door panels

I would like to know if it is possible to dye the vinyl and carpet sections of a door panel for a midyear. I need a beige door panel to be black. What is the best product to use for this ?

I did the tan to black routine on some 65 door panels many years back and it worked real well. Used MarHyde. Not sure about the carpet section. Any way to just replace the carpet?

Didn't change colors, but did the dye route on my door panels. They turned out really great. Make sure you follow the mix instructions precisely. The dye will have a quick flash point which will practically eliminate the chance of running (at least that's what I found).

Oh for the carpet on the door panel I used RID cloth dye and did it AFTER I dyed the vinyl.
