Default Putting in new seats. Who delivers the best set of carpet for my 64 cope?

I am in the process of having new seats in black leather made for me.
When i have the seats out of the car i will replace the carpet as well.
I have bought a lot of things from Ecklers and ZIP and the parts have been okay.
Who do you recomend for a set of carpet?
Do the kick panels come in the set of carpet or do i have to order that seperate?

My vote, still goes to Al Knoch, I do believe that the kick panel carpets, are part of the carpet set.

Al Knoch (Texas company)hands down especially with the cut carpets of the 63-64. Mine fit to perfection. Be sure and add hushmat with a tunnel blanket etc. The kick panels come with it too. But they are a piece of carpet only. I ordered eckelers pre made panels. They had the windlace and a hard plastic backing with chrome grommets and pre drilled holes.

If you have access to the NCRS discussion board, you might look up this topic. Some of the guys there prefer Willcox interior products, as do I.

One more thing is that the carpets for the 65, 66, and 67 is press molded.
Thats not so for the 63 and 64. I suppose that press molded carpets is a big advantage when it comes to the fit of the carpet?

If you're not into restoring or being correct, install a '65 or '66 carpet set and don't worry about all the separate pieces...

You have a point there. I will have a look at the interior of a 65 coupe and compare it to my car
But i tend to want to have it original.
