Default Take a look at this front end...

Unless the steel structure of the car has been altered, can you think of any reason why I would not be able to re-install front bumpers?

Hello

Looks like they might have made a type of hitch to tow the Vette to drag races. My uncle made a bracket to hook up to his Truck when he drag raced his 1967 Big Block vette back in the day. You might have to remove brackets to put front bumper on..

With just that one photo, It's hard to tell if the frame has been altered, I doubt it has.
The turn signals that are in the grill will be the biggest issue. "they are probably mounted to the frame "horns with bracket of sort.""
They will need to be put back in the original location or some other local that meets the vehicle code.

Looks like my brother 64 he had....Someone in the early 70s painted it purple and the front was painted like the head of a mako shark. Turn signal lights were taken out and fiberglassed over like this car...

I was told when the painter was doing the shark mural he was smoking alot of Mary J wannabe...The painter didnt remenber much about the paint job or inspiration for painting a sharks head upfront..

should be able to, just have to get the bumpers and bumper brackets to attach them to the frame.

turn signals can still attached to the grill like in the pic with the bumpers

You should be able to see the brackets that connect to the cross member of the frame. Also the hole/bolt that passes through the fender.

GG- still waiting for an answer form the burgundy car...why it's taking him so long makes me suspicious. At least this guy is straightforward and is offering a buyback should it not turn out as described.
