Advice on cleaning a white convertible top?
Is there a preferred method for cleaning a white convertible top on a '65? Bleach seemed to work when I tried it in small spots, but I'm worried that it may be too harsh. The standard vinyl cleaners do nothing. Thanks!

Melting Slicks
Get a soft brush, use a bleaching cleanser like Comet...but be REAL careful not to let it drip on paint etc!!!!
Wash off real good, then follow up with protectant

Nothing works better than
... Mr Clean Magic Eraser.
Highly abrasive so I always wash the top right after having well suds-upped, but not yet rinsed the back half of the car.
I also use Mother's Convertible Top Cleaner in a spray bottle, with a soft bristle brush.
