I just had a couple conversations with him; and he was far more pleasant and helpful than a whole bunch of folks.

Not exactly other than the old vettes were shot with cheapo exterior paint. I have conclude that Pistacio green, (Krylon) and if you need more reflection use a clear Refect o clear from Krylon. I am going to give him a couple weeks to recover and give him a call and ask a few specific question concerning the green etc.

Disregard spelling in previous reply. It is paint fumes!
How do you add an image to this thread. The site said to go below message and use manage image. I do not see that link? Plus at the bottom it states I cannot add a picture. Is there an easy way.

In order to be able to upload images directly from your hard drive, you need to upgrade your membership (see banner at the top of the page). Otherwise, you need to use a photo-hosting site (like Photobucket, etc.) and link to your images in your post.

Thanks, I should have remembered. Frank mentioned up grading my membership. This website has been far more helpful than what it cost to upgrade; it's a deal.
Just upgraded.
Thanks

Roger, Did you paint the cluster with a spray paint can or professional sprayer? It came out great.

I sprayed it with a professional gun (Sata). However, I have sprayed a bunch of auto memobolilia with dupli-color (can) and had excellent results. You just do not get the shine from a spray can. But if you think about it most C1 dashs are semi-gloss. I sprayed a Traffic Light with can paint. I will post a picture of it. The traffic light actually fell from the ceiling and got dent up, but did not scratch through the paint, so the patient was pretty tough.

By the way I noticed there is a spell check on the forum. Maybe I should start using it. I meant paint not patient, dented not dent.

I heard Bill Harrison used to work for Corvette Instrument services. Anyone know about that?
