Default 67 clutch fork problem

I have just taken my 67 apart after the throwout bearing seized, and am assessing the damage. The fingers on the pressure plate are worn but not bent, and the clutch fork is gouged . My question is , where can I get a replacement clutch fork? Do other years use the same fork? Any help would be appreciated.

The clutch fork is unique to the Corvette application; all the usual vendors have them (Paragon, LICS, etc.).
