Is this a Corvette engine? What puzzles me is the F0219S code.
Any experts know this one.

It can't be a 62 as the castin date is B93 as in Feb. 9th 1963.
I have a bid in on it so I geuss if I get it I can have it decked
and leave the pad blank. Is there anyone near Minerva Ohio
that migh be willing to check it out for me?

Passenger cars had 1 character suffixes, Corvettes had 2 character suffixes, and I think trucks had 3 character suffixes in the late 50's and 60's.

That's correct - the single-character "S" suffix was used for many years from '57-up for truck and passenger car Powerglide applications. Corvette engines never used a single-character suffix.
