Al Knoch Seat Covers
Has anyone else seen the Al Knoch ad on ebay for '67 seat covers (there are other years too)? They have '67 vinyl seat covers with a pre-installed installation kit for $460, including free shipping.
Is it too good to be true or am I missing something?

Al Knoch is just about the best company I have had to deal with during my restoration project. I bought pads, covers, headrest, carpet, top and hardware from them. All top quality products and when they tell you something it gets done. Be sure to work with Melanie.

No I'm not kidding, I had a great experience working with them this past year. IMO the only other company in their league is Long Island Corvette. Both have been a real pleasure throughout my project. No backorders and no returns after more orders than I can remember.

I am in the middle of installing Al Knoch covers on my friends 74 seats.
I have done a pair of 65 seats and 73 seats so I knew what I was getting into.
These two sets I used Corvette America covers.
When I get around to redoing my C2 I will only buy Al Knoch covers.
Not because the covers are that much better, but because of the pre-installed installation kit.
Those small black clips around the perimeter of the bottoms are are total PITA.
With everything pre-installed this becomes a very easy job.

I have dealt with Al K and Corvette America My seats on my 66 were sent out to CA but my top and carpeting were bought through Al K. both were IMO great ... when I did my 62 every thing was bought through Al K -- the only contention I have with Al K is the cost --- it has gone up considerably when I inquired about it I was told that his labor force is now no longer from across the border because of 9-11 therefor the higher labor expense !
I deal with Dale and had the top installed at Carlisle for my 67 and am extremely happy !
