I have it listed as #7,055 - a Black/Black FI Roadster with PW, metallic brakes, HT and Black soft top with the notation 'info 1978', which is probably the last time you saw it?
By chance, did you ever jot down it's trim tag info back in the day? I also don't know it's body number.

Something told me you would have it Wayne.
I've updated your old 63's entry to show the additional info and also the year last seen, 1980.
Thanks again!

I had no info for Coupe #15,274. This is a car that I would love to know a bit more about because it's so close to my Saddle coupe #15,240, which also has leather.
Did he also take note of the engine hp and transmission type, or it's body number?
If it still had it's original engine I would have been very interested in trying to find out the casting date.
Thanks!

I recently acquired a '63 roadster, VIN #30867S118354. I was told the car was originally black/black, but is currently painted maroon metallic. 327/300, 4 speed, numbers matching, 4:11 rear (original). I'm new to this thread and haven't checked all the posts, but curious if you had this one registered at any time, and if you can provide any information.
Thanks,
Steve

Hi Steve,
Sorry, but I did not have your 'new' '63 roadster #18,354 listed in my file.
What is your Trim Tag data? Is it paint code 900 for Tuxedo Black??
What does it show for your body number? Black soft top?
Thanks Steve.
Good luck with your new car!
Syd

Thanks for adding in your '63! I did not have info for your Coupe #7,460.
Can you please tell me it's engine hp and transmission type as well as any other options that it might carry? Also, what is it's body number?
Thanks!
Syd

SYD,
I contacted you about this car in 2009. I was able to aquire it in June of 2014. NCRS service gives the build date of Feb.19,1963, sold by Eddie Hopper Chevrolet of Garden City,Ca. The car is Black/Black 4sp SWC Fuelie #9164 now titled in my name, but not plated...currently undergoing mechanical restoration only, as it is a 30,000 mile survivor off the road since 1985

Hello Syd,
Do you have any info on #112976? It was my Dad's car that he sold back in the late 80's and I just found the vin# on his loan document from 1976. I'd love to know any information you may have on it. I think it may have originally been silver, but it was red when he sold it.
Thanks!
