I just watched an episode of Overhauling this past weekend and they did a 57 Corvette and tubbed the rear for large Foose rims. Maybe you can catch it on line or a replay and get some ideas for your project. I was trying to explain to my 6 year old son that it is impossible to restore a Corvette in 1 hour. He can't understand why it's taken me so many years.
