Default OEM Shocks for 65

Are OEM shocks still available? Are most people buying AC Delco gas shocks, painting them gray and adding stickers? Does anyone have pictures of where the stickers go?

The Delco gas shocks are about your only choice if you're going for originality. The stickers are located approx. 2 1/2" from the top of the shock. On the front shocks, readable from the front and on the rear shocks, readable from the rear.

Thanks. Any pictures? My current rear shocks do not have a dust cover and the rod end is mounted on the bottom which seems upside down to me.

These are the current Delco gas shocks that have been painted the correct gray. I've seen the originals sell for $500 per shock.

Very nice. Looks like you even removed the bushings to paint them. Thanks again.
