Hi, Lars Grimsrud wrote a paper on Distributor Vacuum Advance Control I lost mine and a friend would like to read it Can someone please post it for me Thanks PS I have this one Carburetor Vacuum Ports:

I see there is no listing in Lars paper for 63 high performance and FI. There is a 64 and newer FI listed. Does this mean the correct unit for the 63 fuelie is the same as the passenger car?

Nope. The '63 Corvette fuelie had "ported" vacuum for the distributor, so it had no vacuum advance at idle (thus, no spec for idle vacuum); this was a mistake, and they corrected it for '64, changing to full manifold vacuum. Use the VAC spec'd for '64.
