POP question
Hey gang....hoping you guys might be able to help me on something. I'm looking at a 64 Fuelie that the owner is describing as having all history and POP. Correct me if I'm wrong, but GM didn't have POPs during 64. I believe they started in 65. Would there be any other POP-type document that I'm not thinking about? I want to call him out...but want to make sure first.
