Default C2 Engine **** - Updated Photos

This is my new SBC 427 delivered to the shop for installation. The March serpentine assembly is really a knockout as it should be for the cost. I almost want to put this in my living room instead of the engine compartment, lol. It dyno'd at 565hp.

Take Care - Jerry Clements

UPDATE - I coaxed her back out for a photo shoot by telling her that she didnt look fat. Here are some other angles.

The Tremec 6sp is requiring a lot of car modification but it will be worth it. I have and or will have a bunch of components for sale. ZZ4, 4sp, complete exhaust and headers, etc all right out of my C2. All components have less than 3k miles. The parts are in North Tx and going for best offer. You can reach me uxojerry@hotmail.com.

You've got more into your induction than I have in my whole plant.

Well done.

I think someone needs some mirrors in the radiator to show off all the bling.

I apologize for the disorganized posting of photos. I learned a few administrative/computer skills in this endeavor. The complete dis-assembly and rebuild of the car is photographed so I will eventually be able to post the whole thing. I was planning on waiting until the end as I hate to be teased over weeks to months with some of the beautiful builds on the forum.

I am managing this whole project from Cambodia where I work as a US State Dept contractor. I did my research for almost two years while accumulating cash. I then flew straight to Fl, bought the car, and drove it back to North Tx and put it in the shop.

I pick all of the components, order all of the parts and have them delivered to the shop. My mechanic and I exchange emails and all of his work gets documented through photos posted to a website for the car.

When the car is done, it will come to SE Asia and be my daily driver. Im hoping Asians will take an interest in the car. If they do I will repeat the process on a new C1-C3 for them.

C2 build Highlights:
SBC 427 with Inglese 8 Stack - Dyno'd at 565 hp
Tremec 6sp with a final drive of .50
Carbon Fiber Drive Shaft - not ordered yet
Dana 44 with 3:65 or there abouts - may have to change
ISIS Wiring System - the C2 had lots of wiring issues even though it
was a resto-mod out of the shop less than two
years ago. Replaced all wiring with the ISIS instal
Street Shop Chassis with C4 suspension and C4 disc brakes.
C4 discs will be changed for a WildWood Big Brake kit front and rear
Hydra Tech brake booster
Dakota Digital gauges and LED tail lights and parking lights

Lots more to go but we are not there yet.

Take Care - Jerry Clements

Nice, could go in the living room. Years ago, when I biult my custom Harley engine, it sat as a center piece on our dining room table for awhile.
