Sorry should have been clearer. I am referring to the carpet, headliner, seats, door panels etc... Not the dash and its components

Also, the glove box door is different on a '63 than the '64 along with the inside door release **** on a '63 is black, and in the '64 it's chrome. The seat backs on the '63 is different than the '64 as well as the seat release handle for the seats.

Carpet, headliner, door panels are the same. The seat on both years have the same ribs but, the seat backs are different.

Actually, the entire seat is different. 1963 used a seat that had angle and height adjustments and 1964 is like the '65 to '67 with a fixed track. the pattern is nearly the same, but since the shape of the seat back is different, the covers will not match.

The welting along the rear of the door opening is different in how they are ended and capped.

In early '63, there may be a difference in the floor carpet as they cover the storage areas under the seat.

Default clarify carpet location on 63swc

The carpet on a early 63 does not cover the underseat cavities. Regards, Abe G

My 64 has the power vent, not sure if they all do or not, but that makes the carpet and trim on the left rear wheel well different since there is a cover over the power vent.

Also the 63 and 64 coupe sun visors are different, and the quarter trim- if the 64 had power vent.

Default Seat Patterns are one year only

The seat patterns are always different from year to year and the 63`s have 'one` extra piece of carpeting......13 instead of 12 if I remember the correct quantity of pieces,

I don't believe the '63 had any padding under the carpet like '64. As IronCross said, I believe the number of cuts are different too.

There was a complete Al Knoch interior for sale on eBay for 1/2 the price. The guy said it was for a 64 but thought it was proper for a 63. I'm glad I did not buy it.

Don't the '63 doors have colored ball ***** on the door pulls (matching the steering wheel), while '64-ups are chrome?

Also, I replaced the original all-chrome-metal turn-signal lever on my '64 because I liked the black plastic piece on the end of a '63 unit I found for two bucks a LONG time ago.
