The blade insert and holder appear to be 15" '66-'67, but the arm is either a later universal Service replacement or an aftermarket reproduction; it doesn't have an angle adjuster, and the rivet attaching the flat stainless part of the arm to the stamped stainless section should be only 3/8" from the end of the stamped part.
