Default Transmission & Engine Mounts: Rubber or Polyurethane?

Question, Are rubber mounts better for reducing road vibrations then poly?

I used poly body mounts on my old Jeep. NEVER AGAIN.

The only real benefit poly offers is that it lasts pretty much forever. But since rubber can last a couple of decades, I don't think it's nearly enough to offset the much harsher ride.
