A few months ago I purchased the 1953-1962 SHOP SERVICE MANUAL - CD from Corvette Central thinking it was the same as the ST-12 but now I am not sure.

Can anyone who has seen both confirm the CD is or is not the same as the ST-12?

Have to be careful with terms here....there is a 1961 Passenger Car Shop Manual that covers the Corvette and several other GM cars of that year (I am not aware of an electronic version of this document). There is also an electronic version of the ST-12 53-62 Corvette Servicing Guide....which I have -- along with the hardcopy version.
This manual ONLY covers the Corvette. The hardcopy and electronic versions are identical in content.

The two manuals are in the top row far right in the picture.
BTW If you have all of the manuals in the picture there is pretty much nothing you can't fix or restore on these cars..

My electronic set from Corvette Central came with the following:

1953-1962 CORVETTE SERVICING GUIDE
1956-1960 CORVETTE CHASSIS SERVICE OPERATIONS
1953-63 CHEVROLET BODY MOULDINGS AND ATTACHING PARTS

I also bought an electronic version of the 1960 CORVETTE ASSEMBLY MANUAL from Dave Graham of Auto Literature (it actually came with files from 1958-1962. This one looks like a bunch of scanned pages from old documents, not searchable and a bit hard to find stuff.

I need to track down the carb book, that is one I do not have.

Interesting....I've never heard of that third "Body Mouldings" book.....the carb book is around on the Internet or I can email you one if you PM me with an email address; its too big to post on the forum...
