Fly-in drive-in breakfast pics (many)
Hi,
A local club airport out in the country had a charity fly-in drive-in breakfast this morning, first time I had ever been to one and loved it.
Not a ton of cars, and the ones that were there were mostly British, but my better half and I both agreed that it was a whole bunch of fun.

Boy, the best of all worlds - small planes and classic cars.
Brought back memories of my buddy and I driving his VW bus from Pittsburgh to Wildwood, NJ for a summer weekend. Spent $20 the whole weekend - including gas.

great shots Paul, thanks. Do you know what the name of the red bi-plane is with 2 seats fore and aft?

Thanks guys, if ever you get a chance go to one, I think every car guy on this forum would get a kick out of it.
There were a few nice "A's" Frank, here is a white one, also on Minilites.
Funny how my '62 looks huge next to one of them.
The van was impeccable both inside and out, someone spent a lot of time on it, the dash was the essence of simplicity.
Don't know much about planes Rob, especially not old ones, here is a shot of the engine cowling on the one in the hangar.
I also thought that they were all 440's, but the owner said 383...
