It has clips in the center - perhaps for dogdish caps

i have a set of rims like that on my 56,,,, they are from my buddy's 50 chevy convertible...same as 49-53 or 4 , i believe....

Looks like a 53 Corvette wheel except for the clips for the small hub caps. The Corvette wheel didn't have the clips.

54 Corvette wheels had the nubs and no clips.

SO............

I'd guess early 50's Chevy, pre 1953.

50's truck had those type of wheels - clips held on the dog dish hubcap

Looks like it could be an early truck rim. We restored a late-50's Chevy truck last year that had those rims.

Trucks were 6 lug.
