Two guys had the hots for a black/white '67 convertible, and one of them quit bidding at $132,000.

Correction,...Two guys had a combination of too much alcohol and/or testosterone and the hots for a black/white 67 convertible. One of them quit bidding at $102,000.

Really - a low HP car with the body color swapped and incorrect BB stinger hood.
Definitely a case of testosterone poisoning.

I don’t know what you guys are talking about - I would expect one of the ’67 small blocks that got a big block hood when the mold broke to go for big bucks!

"A bargain at twice the price!" must have been the winning buyers motto.

I bet the seller was so happy that he was doing handsprings and cartwheels up and down the street.

what does "upgraded" mean? is that shillanese for "added during the restoration?" if so... wouldn't the stainless steel sleeved calipers be "upgraded" too?

what do stoopit people do for a living to make that kind of throw away money?
