Default 1964 engine/valve cover combos???

Fill me in please. I think there were 4 engines available, base being 250hp with stamped steel covers, and up from there. But, which got the aluminum covers. My bud has a 300hp with aluminum covers.....is that correct? Pics of correct covers?

The aluminum covers for 64 are without the "O" flaw....right? Thanks.

The 300 hp motor had stamped steel valve covers also.

Then were they the same as for the base 62, 63, and 64 steel covers?

Any pics of the right ones. My steel ones are for 66 and they look very close?

What's the difference between 62 and 66 steel covers, and when did they change? Is that better??

62 and 63 are the same, 64 to 66 are the same, the differance is in the center where it says 327, 62 and 63 have no triangles on the front and back of the rectangle where the 327 sticker is, 64 to 66 have the triangles.
