Default Bought my first Corvette (1967)!!!

I am happy to announce that I finally bought my first Corvette, and it's my dream car! It's a 1967 Corvette coupe with a rebuilt, numbers matching, L79 350hp 327ci V8 engine and a
4-speed manual transmission. The previous owner recently completed a year and a half frame off restoration (both mechanically and cosmetically). It's so much fun to drive!! I hope to make some local meets in the Spring!

If its a numbers matching 327, I guess it has the wrong hood?

Nice car, I like the color combo. I’m just curious seeing the radio but no antenna on the rear deck?

Way to go! Now change your avatar and username! M3?? Really? Does it compare even close to a 1967 corvette?

It took most of us years to figure out that 1967 is the best C2, and you ace it right off the bat. Nice catch!!!

It definately shows a lot of attention to details. It was a labor of love for someone. Very nice.

Correct, the previous owner installed a Big Block hood during the restoration.

The previous owner removed the antenna during the restoration. The antenna is now hidden under the dash.

Yes, the previous owner owns a high-end restoration shop, and he was planning to keep the car for himself. I benefited from his labor of love!
