Anyone compared Pertronix Ignitor III with MSD 6A?
I had an MSD 6A on my car sometime ago and it fried. Never replaced it, which is a shame because it made a noticeable difference in ease of getting the car started, idle quality and part throttle response.
Anyone compared how a new Pertronix Ignitor III compares to an MSD 6A these scores?

6A has multispark below (about) 3000 RPM, and Pertronix does not.

Update
The Pertronix III is in, and so are the results. The MSD 6A worked better at cold starting, idle and light part throttle operation. The Pertronix unit is pretty decent, though, and is definitely an improvement over just a Unilite module. If you've seen my other post on "how did this car even run?" you'll appreciate that with working mechanical advance the car has a bit (um, no a crapload) more torque.
If I had to do it again I'd just put in the MSD 6A. I may even do that, too eventually; the Pertronix unit will work ok as a trigger for any MSD box.
