I think the answer to the question as you have posed it is a definitive no.
However, it would be helpful to know how you have determined it to be a "64 Holley carb".

The 300 HP and 350 HP 327s both used Holley model 4160 carbs.

What engine do you have? What ID numbers are on your carb? Is it date coded for 1964?

That information will help to give an accurate answer as to what you actually have.

Not sure what you mean by "64 Holley". Depending on what horsepower your car is generally unless it is a California car with smog it will use on of the following

list# 3367 used on 327 both 300hp and 350hp
# 3370 used on 427 390hp
#3247 used on 427 425hp

4 digit Holley date codes started in 1973. From 1963 to 1972 they were 3 digits.

Your date code 0814 translates as follows:
081 is March 21st, 4 is 1974.

Your carb is a replacement or newer car take off manufactured on March 21st, 1974. Not original to the car. Sorry!

As others here have pointed out it looks like you have a service replacement carb. From the part# that you posted it is a 3367 which would be for a 300hp and 350hp motors. The list# is the between that part number and the date

You have been told it is not correct. It is a service replacement date.

4 digit date code is not correct.

Either way, a 1964 carb never came on a 1966.

nope. web site is wrong. like stated above 4 digit date codes started in 1973. you simply have a service dated carb. it could be 1974, 1984, or even 1994

Not really. If you do not really care about the date and the carb works OK then just keep it.It is the correct service replacement for the original.
