Default Ca who to use for rechroming

Have a couple strips (pot metal) for my Camino I need redone

I want real chrome not a pen, wrap or rattle can. No need for triple chrome $$ but something presentable.

Anyone I can send these too? Couldnt get an answer on the a body forum

See Jesse at Astro Plating and Polishing in Sun Valley. He does a lot of motorcycle parts, and many other things too.

yes, he is still at it in Sun Valley. The Van Nuys shop closed many years ago. A buddy is working with him now on harley parts. Tell him Don referred you.
good luck

They are still around? Forgot all about them
Think I used him for sandblasting many years ago. Thanks!!

Made the mistake of trying Van Nuys plating absolutely destroyed some irreplaceable parts.
Thanks....will listen to others.

What I have looks ok but not right against a nice paint job.

Cuisinartvette, Sherms is high end quality, so you’ll have to pass on them.

go see Jesse. Right off the 5 Frwy at Lankershim. Easy. He's not thrilled with pot metal, but he does it.

I second Verne's Chrome Plating in El Segundo. Used them several times and very satisfied.

Mechleck's in Fresno. First rate product, fair price. The stuff I've seen has all been better quality than factory, though.

I'm with Jim! Sherm's is the place to go! I've had them do the chrome on my '62, and on the '63.

They do one heck of a job, and I really don't think they're that much more expensive than others.

If you want it done right the first time, go to Sherms.

Escondido plating did all my chrome on my '61. Excellent work. Quick turn-around.. Family owned and run business.
