First picture of this 59 is in the 70's - the second pic is in the 80"s - last picture is current day and its now my car. I'm continuing the trend of keeping it a throw back Hot Rod that's driven lots!

Thanks, she's in the shop right now getting a new Al Knock top installed, I'm finally getting rid of the old white one with the shipping tape running across the top of the windshield to keep the rain out!!

I'll bet those are real 'ET' wheels with disc brake spacers...

Here are a couple of photos from last week's trip to Old Car City in White Georgia. Great place for photographers and car nuts!

Interesting steering wheel on the 1961 promotional car with the C-1961 license plate. It's slotted instead of having holes in the spokes.

Have to say I sorta miss the old days when you could do what you wanted to a car to race, to drive, or, to get a little extra attention. Now, its nearly blasphemy to have an extra tail light, a paint stripe (or two) that aren't factory, or, a little 'extra something' done on the suspension...

Is that a 70's era Pontiac LeMans ? My sister had the identical car with the same wheels, same color and the black vinyl top. I remember my brother and I putting a timing chain on it in the parking lot of her apartment building.

Here is the first car I owned outright. The rocker panels under the door were rusted out so I put some shiny aluminum tape along them...just like our midyear rocker molding...soooo nice

This car actually had a wooden floorboard from the factory...it rotted out so I just replaced it with some marine plywood...better'n new

Frankie - actually a GTO 400/4 speed. I repainted it and left the decals off.

I learned to drive a stick shift in a '53 club coupe- about '94. I love the '53's! Great photo!
