I am nearing completion of Vintage air install in my 67. I have a new bluetooth radio to install in the usual spot. It calls for a modern speaker. Do I need a "with ac" speaker, or is that just for cars that came with factory air? As always, thanks! Tim

On a factory air car, the center upper vent and ducts interfere with the speaker.

Unless you install the factory center duct you do not need an AC speaker with the Vintage Air Unit.
Take out your clock and you can see the speaker base and how its mounted.
A 1/4" ratchet with a long extension and a 3/8" wiggle joint is going to become your favorite tool.
