1964 alignment specs with 225/70Bx15 Bias Ply tires
I have a 1964 conv. with 225/70Bx15 bias ply tires. I am installing new strut rods and tie rod ends. Have installed new steering dampener, rebuilt gear and new idler arm. The car is a beast to drive. Believe it is alignment problem. All tires are wearing like toe is out front and rear. Car was previously aligned in rear by bending the strut rods. Need to know if alignment specs would be different with larger/wider tires.
Thanks

There's no such thing as a 225/70 bias-ply tire.

Alignment specs don't care about tire size - the only spec that changes is toe-in, between bias-ply and radial tires. Can you post a photo of the info on the sidewall and the manufacturer? 225/70 is NOT a bias-ply tire size.

Went to OPs " garage"... Look like Monte Carlo 7"" front (hub cap extends to trim ring outer surface). hard to tell in the rear. That would make a huge difference in the dimensions John is pointing to. Takes that 2 3/4 down to 1".
Just a note for the OP, if you measured the rims, note that 7" rims measure 8" outside dimension. The 7" is bead seat to bead seat

The rally wheels are 1973 and were on the car when I purchased it. I believe that they are 7" in width however the spacers are needed to keep them off the spring. They do not touch the body but not by much. So far they have never made contact with body or frame. The front wheels are the same size and have spacers and longer studs as well and so far no contact and no fender flares.

The tires are Multi-Mile Grand Am Super Wide (manufactured by Cooper I believe) the size on the sidewall is 225/60Bx15 and in the construction description on the sidewall it states bias ply construction. They are definitely bias ply tires. I was in the tire industry for several years and I have never seen a metric bias ply tire, until I bought this one.

Can not get a photo of tire size today, car is at alignment shop where they are having a REALLY GREAT time. I have jury duty tomorrow so when I get the car back and I can I will take a photo and post.

The wheels you describe sound like the 15x7-4.25 backspace rally wheel used on lots of Chevy passenger cars (Monte Carlos esp.) in the 70's. Makes more sense on fitment. I ran them with spacers and 225/70's on my 66 without significant issues.
To the original question, alignment specs: use the book specs for bias ply, for radials just use the specs from a 73 or later C-3. (Same basic chassis, with radial tires.)
