Default My 67s interior is almost done, onto the new top

I was able to finish the interior this past weekend with the exceptions of the seats. Kudos to Corvette America, the new door panels fit like a glove, everything lined up perfectly! The new AK leather seat covers and foam should be here this week.

Now I am starting on the AK Stafast top. Just got the new tack strips in place, and the kit was short about 4 inches on each side of the #3 bow, or maybe the strip isn't supposed to go all the way to the end of the bow??

Very nice job. I agree, the CA door panels are the best on the market. Are you going to paint your dash tabs body color or leave them black? I haven't painted mine yet and don't know if I will.

Thanks Lou and Jim. Lou I hope this top goes good too, a first time for everything. I'm glad Mike Coleta mentioned taking the top frame back off to install the tack strips in a post, they are kind of a pain. Jim, I'm not sure I am going to screw around with masking and shooting BC/CC on those tabs. It is one of those maybe if I ever get around to it sort of things. I think it looks good the way it is.

I had intentions of doing it as I finished up mine and it's now 7 years later and still haven't gotten around to it.
