Default Identify this wheel

I have a set of 2 of these wheels, what are they from?
They are GM, 15" by 5 1/2" wide.
What is the logo below the size?
Thanks,

This is also on the inside edge of the lip, it reads backwards for some reason.

That's a '63-size wheel, made in April '63; got any more pics?

Does that logo also appear on the NT (Norris Technologies) wheels or just the Kelsey Hayes wheels?

Dunno - Corvettes never used the Norris wheels.
