I used Larry Hoeft about 10 years ago. Turnaround was 10 days and cost was $35/plate.

Rick Schutte at California Stripes does it. Phone is 818 STRIPES, he is in Van Nuys area. I've seen other places that do really good jobs also.

I suggest Jim at the above website. He is in Northern CA. He has done several sets for me. Perfect work and color. Not cheap but worth the $$$

Did mine. Came out great. Very reasonable. Very quick. Recommended to me by a serious license plate collector.

Don't restore your license plate until after you register the car. Your state's DMV requires that plates not be altered (and that means restored). You might have to show it to them before they will let you use it. If so, show them the old unrestored one. Restore it after they approve it.

I just got my plates done by Larry this year. Excellent work and very reasonable. $50.00 per plate and you pay shipping (around $20.00). PM me if you'd like his phone #.
