Default 1967 windshield wiper motor won't run

I used Willcox instructions to test wiper motor on 1967. Connected center contact to battery. Jumped yellow terminal connection to ground. Motor won't run. Jumped light blue terminal connection to ground. Motor won't run. No voltage at yellow terminal connection. Voltage at light blue terminal connection. Wiper motor case is grounded until I unplug other wiper motor plug (brown & dark blue). Now what should I check?

The first question should be/Is, did it ever work before you started testing?

And

Did you replace wiring and now have the issue of not working?

Second test from my experience, if it was rebuilt and sitting a while, tap the bitch with your finger. The lube inside probably hardened. Dr Sky65 figured that out on mine

If the motor is still in the car, disconnect everything (including the ground) from the motor. Run jumper wires to the motor including a new ground. Test again. If it fails you need to have the motor rebuilt.

that gives me chills, had to remove mine twice no fun on a Tri power. Good luck hopefully the tap trick works otherwise don't bring her to Fl. because you'll need them.

Its best if you remove the nut from the bellcrank inside the car. This way you don't dry wipe the windshield.

Doing this and running 1 jumper hot wire to the motor with a couple of grounds is easier than removing the motor.
