Great day at my garage
Even though the tempurature hit over 90 degrees today and the humidity was high it didn't put a damper on a nice day in my garage.
My friend just installed Vintage air in the silver coupe and after I charged it he is cool as a cucumber.
The blue 65 belongs to another friend and is an original A/C car and I am evacuating the system in preparation for a recharge with R-12.
The 55 Chevy is a friends who did a full body off restoration and we pushed it from his house up the street onto my lift.
We are bleeding the brakes and double checking everything before he puts it back on the road.
What better way to spend a Sunday then with a bunch of friends and old cars.
Sorry guys but there was no beer.
Joe

Sounds like a great get-together, next time supply beer and you'll have more show up. The weather sounds muggy. This is the time of year when the rest of the nation envies the Pacific Northwest. We're in the high 70's, low 80's with 40% humidity. Perfect. The other 9 months suk though.

When I purchased the house. the garage was 18 x 40 and falling down. I jacked up the entire garage and dug and poured a footing under the walls and then a row of block and let the garage down.
At that time I extened the garage by 6' which gave the demension of 24 x 40'.
In 99 I was going to purchase a trailer to store one of the cars and my wife said "no trailers in the driveway, why don't you extend the garage?"
After picking myself up from the ground, I extended the garage again adding 22 x 24' to the front.

Nice
Nice collection for the day. I see an Olds in the corner. It looks pretty good. How do you keep your garage looking like something out of a magazine.

I wanted to get a lift like you have but I also wanted A/C. I don't have enough room in the budget for both so I'm going for the A/C (mini split system).

Joe, like the collection of toys!
You guys and your huge garages...luv it!! Now, if I could just convince my neighbor to ignore our 10' easement, I could expand ours. You never have enough garage.
