Default Old and the New....[Photos]

My wife's friend's husband just purchased the C7, and we visited them today with the 63. Great photo opportunity, so we took a few photos, hope you enjoy the, Oh yeah, got to drive the C7 and it's just a wonderful car, smooth, powerful, and very comfortable. I will buy one, but will wait a few years when all the hype is over...and the bugs are worked out... I really don't need to buy one now, but will wait, although it is tempting.

Here are the photos:

Good looking Camero...

I know - everyone hated the C5 rear end when it came out too!

Colin,
Looks like he had to make sure his looks as nice as yours, and washed it right before you got there.

Love the colors...

The rear pic gives new meaning too..

Does this 'color' make my butt look bigger next to yours...

I sure wish I could look out my window and see my 64 and a new 14 in my drievway. Then I'd realize I was in the wrong house...............

That's my hope and dream before I go home to meet the Lord, my 64 painted and restored and a new 2014 sitting next to it...........50 years of difference...........and enjoy driving them both.

Thanks for sharing the photos................nice seeing what my dream would look like.......

EB, where is your front license plate? I don't run a front plate on either of my vettes and I have been lucky so far. We have a state senator down here that introduced a bill last year to kill the front plate and it died. Maybe this year.

GM had over 50 years to better the look and performance of their flagship car. They made incredible strides in the function, but they still can't come close to surpassing the look.

Thanks for the cool pics, although I am one of those guys that just isn't diggin' the "new" look with the C7. I know I will get a flurry of haters for that comment, but like I said, congrats on the nice driveway BLING!
