Needle in a Haystack
After seeing the Orphan parts sticky, it got me thinking.
After purchasing my 63 SWC a few weeks ago, I was wondering how to go about looking for the original block. I am sure it is long gone...but, you never know. It has the original T-10 trans case and a correct rear date code, but I have no info on the whereabouts of the original block.
I know you can get the block with correct date codes and stamp the VIN, but I am not about that. It has a good running 327 in it that is dressed in correct attire to replicate the one it was born with, but if it were out there I would certainly be inclined to tracking it down.
Any info on where I could start sifting thru the hay???

Try the Sting Ray Registry, back track ownership if you have any past info, put the vin into Google.
