The glove box liner is like 10 screws removed from the front face of the glove box that are visible when the door is opened. Very simple removal.
IIRC if you take the glove box door off the liner should slide forward and out.
Be a little cautious of the glove box light -- it is a single "hot" wire sort of just crammed into the bulb socket. I always tape the bare connector off while working for extra insurance.
Be careful - do not dent the door...you may have the "one year only" plastic face on it.

Help yourself and get the AIM, Assembly Instruction Manual. Will be very handy if you decide to pull the heater box/core.
