Zip, Long Island, Wilcox in that order.... never had a problem with any of them.

Zip has been great to the original question. Fast delivery (~1-2 days)

Except Long Island's web site could use a serious overhaul. But they do have great stuff when you finally find it...

I can't begin to tell you how many orders I have placed with Zip over the past 5 years... good prices and great delivery...

If you plan on purchasing alot of parts/$$$, I suggest you look at their restorer 10% discount... sounds like you could bundle your orders into one and save some $$$.... I'm sorry I wasn't smart enough to have taken advantage of that...

I have had good experience with Zips over the years and have been to their shop. It's even in a town called Mechanicsville.

We are very fortunate to have Zip close by. While all the guys there are top notch, Tom is the man. BTW, they also have a service department and the work on all generations.

They are great when you are ready to purchase something. When you have a problem or defective item, you cannot get a clear response from them. I have called 4 times and left messages. All I hear "sorry, but that is Mr. @#$#@. I can't help you, but I will transfer you to his voicemail". I have left multiple messages, even drove there to meet Mr. #@$%$#." After he agreed to be there to finally talk, he was "sick."

I also have caught them being untruthful with me. If you want some specifics, let me know and I will be happy to talk more. Send me a pm.

I don't really care about the money, but it was more of the principal of things, wasting my time, and being untruthful to me.

My personal opinion, stay away unless it is a guaranteed item that cannot be defective or fit properly.

Let me know if I can help more.

26 positive replies for a supporting vendor, and one bad review from someone on the board three weeks. Hummm. Somethings fishy here.

BAD-Z06's comments are not typical.

I've used ZIP on lots of occasions and never had a problem. If you order on-line, their website shows whether the part is available or not.

I've used most of the major corvette suppliers and some minor ones. To be honest, I've had very few bad experiences.

Thread thats been dead for almost 8 months resurrected for a vague complaint.
