Are 327 and 350 small block pulleys and belts interchangeable?
I wonder if the pulleys and belts for 327 and 350 engine are interchangeable?

Alot of different configurations!
Power Steering or no power steering, A/C or no A/c, Hi-Po deep groove, or low hp normal. etc.. Alternator on the drivers side, Alternators on the passengers side etc.. Some of the books, have really good diagrams on all of these and the Cross Reference Catalog gives decent size and part numbers on most of the belt/pulley configurations!

They are diffreant the 350 pulleys are deep grove with the water pump and crank pulleys being double for the captive belt. Where as 300 are not as deep and only one track for the water pump and crank.

Generally speaking, 327-350 is not the defining line. What is defining is whether you have a long water pump or a short water pump and yes, I realize the Corvettes used the short pump when new. That wasn't in the OP's equation though.
Another factor mentioned is the water pump bolt pattern spacing as John mentioned. Then there's a myriad of different offsets because of mounted accessories and which combination, year of manf. etc.
So, if someone says they have a pulley that fits a 327 or a 350 engine, it very might fit either and not fit your configuration at all.
The best way to select the pulleys is by a combination of part numbers that you need.
PS. You also have deep groove/shallow groove for the same accessory combination in any given year between HP and SHP engines.
