Default Dropping in a ZL1 LSA and mintub 1966 corvette

Hi everyone. New to this forum, but have been lurking and searching for awhile now. There are a couple of mods that I would love to take on with my 1966 coupe, but I cannot really find much information on them.

The first is installing a recovered Camaro ZL-1 LSA motor and 6-speed gearbox. I have an opportunity to purchase this drive train and would love to install it into my '66. Has anyone on here ever tried it? And what chassis did they utilize?

Lastly, to get the car to look right for me I want to tub the rear. How difficult is it with these cars or what wheel widths have you tried?

Thanks!!

Post some photos! Sounds wicked. Jeff and many others have posted their experiences modifying the body for bigger wheels. Forum search 1coolc2. That's him. I'm sure mike Coletta has threads too...
