Fast N Loud
Just saw the 1967 Corvette Big Block show. How does this guy find a 67 L71 427 Coupe and only pay $39000 for it?
Makes me think the producers purposely change pricing to keep people interested. More importantly who was the dork in Canada that sold the dork the car, that sold it to Fast N Loud? What did he sell it for if the guy peddling it was able to take 39,000 and make a profit?
Before anyone attacks me I am Canuck and would have gladly bought that car from the stupid Canadian that sold it for chump change.
Pisses me off when I see deals like this ...well it pisses me off it was not me
PS the farkin guy even had the copy of the import form showing it truly was an original 427 L71 when imported new into Canada.

That car needed everything. It was a good deal but I wouldn't say it was smoking good. To get top dollar it needs a good 100 grand put into it and you can certainly buy them done and award winning for mid 100s.

I would have driven it the way it was. Great "survivor" car.

Dude, it's television ! It's just entertainment. Like building a car in 1 week, sure I do it all the time. Yea right... The producers PROBABLY gave him an extra 20k for being on the show.

Thats why they were so excited because they even commented that there are more 427s Corvettes now then GM produced in 67.
So if anyone of you have a 427 67 with any kind of proof its a real one. I got $39,000 for you any day of the week.

I watch this show often...its goofy but that's entertainment. He usually pays too much and doesn't make as much as he would like...but I expect most of it is staged....I don't care...I wouldn't take it too serious...I mean its obvious Miller Lite is paying sponsorship and he is also on a Dodge commercial...as someone said before, there are a lot of other crappy programing options....

I have known Susie since 2000 and she has worked on a few of my cars. That's all her for sure and she plays a good game of pool. A friend knows Richard and says he has always been like he is on the show. A lot of the guys who bring cars and work on the cars from Dallas I either know or know of and nothing staged about them. A lot of opportunities knock on the door so don't underestimate the power of people wanting their 15 minutes. I watch some just to see who I know that shows up next. Funny to me but in a different way when I see these guys.

Jessie James does not like him... Wonder what brought that on. One thing Jessie said on one of his shows that stuck with me was "Quote...That's why my Bikes sell for $150,000.00 ...Cause I sweat the small stuff" Unquote....
I like that.
I like that.

I always have to laugh when Richard says "you don't have to worry about rust on these cars 'cause they're fiber glass". JMO, but Jessie James is just a wannabe PWE period!
